Hyman Hayes is proud to announce that the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Regional Headquarters in Warrensburg , NY has received “LEED Gold” certification from the USGBC.  The Warrensburg Headquarters is one of only 900 LEED green buildings nationwide and one of only twelve in upstate New York .  The original goal for this building was to receive “LEED certified” status. However, as the design evolved opportunities to include additional green features were identified and included in the project.  Information on this project is posted on our website under “ Office Building ” in the “Corporate/Commercial” section of the Projects tab.
