HYMAN HAYES ASSOCIATES PROVIDES DESIGN SERVICES FOR     DOUBLE H RANCH

Hyman Hayes Associates has completed a dining hall conceptual design study for the Double H Ranch, located in Lake Luzerne, NY.  Double H provides programs and year-round support for children and their families dealing with life-threatening illnesses.

The building is designed in a rustic “Adirondack” vernacular with exposed wood trusses, log finish siding on both the interior and exterior, and stone veneer base around the perimeter of the building.  The new facility provides seating for 400 people (including 2 multipurpose rooms), a full commercial kitchen,  Special features include a large central 2-sided fireplace that opens to both the dining hall and to the exterior, large windows and an informal exterior seating area (amphitheater).

 

HYMAN HAYES DESIGNS NEW BALTIMORE DENTAL OFFICE

A new 4,000 square foot dental office designed by Hyman Hayes Associates is currently being constructed on Rt.9W just south of the Coxsackie exit of the NYS Thruway. The state of the art facility constructed by Berry Builders, Inc. will become the new offices of Dr. Marvin A. Gertzberg DDS (owner). Joining him in the new facility will be his associate, Dr. Mark S. Peterson, DDS.

The resulting residential scale design promotes a feeling of comfort and hospitality. The rustic stone and timber frame entry welcomes patients into an open reception/waiting area with large windows and vaulted ceiling. Eight large treatment rooms provide plenty of space for dental care while offering views of the surrounding landscape.
