Modular design helps to provide affordable flexibility for growth and reconfiguration to accommodate new testing requirements, grant-driven space allotment, and equipment. Safety and security are critical while also maintaining the ability to collaborate with fellow researchers and accommodate student's flexible work hours. In addition, state-of-the-art labs and support spaces assist in recruiting both the best researchers and students. PI's and students often spend long hours in the lab and office.
