Seton Health System chose to occupy space in a developer's proposed medical office building in fast-growing Clifton Park. Before construction of the new building began, Seton Health System asked Hyman Hayes Associates to evaluate whether the design could accommodate the proposed physical therapy and ambulatory surgery services on the first floor. We also helped Seton Health negotiate a construction build-out allowance for the spaces, and served as Seton's liaison with the developer during the building's construction.

The $330,000-physical therapy suite was the first completed in the new building. This space was designed by Hyman Hayes Associates with two distinct areas: pool and gym. These facilities adjoin common reception, waiting, office, and locker room areas.
We worked with the developer's contractor and the owner's construction department to reduce the initial construction estimate and bring the cost within Seton Health's tight budget.
