To provide needed patient beds, Saratoga Hospital asked Hyman Hayes Associates to renovate an approximately 11,800-sf nursing home floor into a 21-bed medical/surgical unit. The $1.3-million project included 15 single patient rooms - including two airborne infection control rooms and two handicap accessible rooms - and three double patient rooms.
