A major amenity of Albany Molecular Research's new $8-million corporate headquarters was to provide staff with on-campus dining, which offered a wide selection of good food in a pleasant environment. The designed cafeteria has a capacity of 200, with outdoor seating.

The facility consists of a 3,080-sf seating area, 1,840-sf servery, and 1,350-sf kitchen. Since staff work a wide range of hours, the facility is designed to provide a wide choice of dining choices throughout the day. Adjacent spaces include a 30-person special functions room and a 12-person multi-function room for private parties and private dining during conferences.
