This employee spotlight features HHA Project Manager Zin Wai.

Zin has been with HHA for eight months and is currently working on the 920 Lark Drive Expansion for Whitney Young Health, Ellis Pulmonary, and the GI Renovation in Johnstown. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from SUNY Buffalo.

Zin came to the United States from Mae Sot, Thailand, at age 10 and grew up in Rensselaer. She speaks Thai and Burmese.

Outside of work, Zin loves to travel and explore great food. Recent favorites include Korean barbecue and bingsu in Manhattan’s Koreatown, as well as food stops in Flushing, NY. She also enjoys visiting bubble tea shops for bubble tea and crepes.

In her spare time, Zin enjoys badminton, volleyball, paddle boarding, and other water activities.
